PRELIMINARY PROJECT ANALYSIS
We outline a first analysis based on the evaluation of the industrial, economic and social problem to be solved and its related business opportunity. We take into consideration the potential strategy to exploit the business opportunity and determine the expected outcomes by the initiative. We assess the innovation potential beyond the current state of the art and the growth potential (turnover, market share, employment creation). We finally draft the initial plan for the full commercialization of the project results defining the impacts on the European or the Global markets, identifying the external expertise to carry out the project, and testing the business model by applying SWOT analysis, knowledge protection methodologies, and regulatory and standard requirements.
